In addition to the many programs and services that Lawrence Township Community Foundation funding has provided over the years, several notable fixtures of our community had their roots in a LTCF grant or a Community Conversation.

Grant awarding $5,000 towards the purchase of five Welcome to Lawrence signs located around Lawrence Township.

Sustainable Lawrence was established in 2005 after a Community Conversation called The Greening of Lawrence Township which included a presentation on the importance of local government committing to systematic change by clearly defining sustainability objectives. Shortly after, Sustainable Lawrence was established as a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing an ongoing forum for green initiatives in Lawrence Township.
